History:

1977 – the Town of Ramapo received from Mitchell Miller and James M. Jacobson a gift of approximately 150 acres located in what is now the Village of Wesley Hills.

The Property is currently undeveloped except for a cellular wireless telephone tower.

153 acres of the property had been slated to be a golf course are now a town park. The past town supervisor, mayor, and Village trustees had supported the golf course idea. 2003 (October 15) – dedicated the property as park land.
