Directions:
From NYC take Turnpike south about 25 miles to I-287. Turn north on I-287 and go about 18 miles. Take US 202 southwest 26.5 miles to Route 29 on the east bank of the Delaware. Turn north and drive 5.5 miles to Bull's Island. Continue farther north to a left turn into the Kingwood Fishing Access Site.
