West Farm Segment (in development)

This part of the Bronx River Greenway will extend from East Tremont Avenue to East 172nd Street.

The New York State Department of Transportation will fund the renovation of the area. Plans include pedestrian and bicycle bridges that will connect the east and west sides of the river.

2003 – construction work begins.
