History:

2004 – the Trust for Public Land bought 50 of the 66 acres of property from a private owner for $1.375 million (funded by Westchester County through the Legacy Program). The other remaining acres will be used by the family.

A new trail will connect with Teatown’s Back 40 Trail and provide access from Rt. 134.
