Samp Mortar Rock Historic Area

Access:  west side of Samp Mortar Road just south of cul-de-sac

12/01/2005.  Could not find the place.  We did , however, find a large pull-off just below the dam holding the wasters of the Samp Mortar Reservoir.  There is enough  open area where one could enjoy the plants as well as the Mill River, as well as the dam.
