Located in the geographic center of the Town


History:

The park is in an historic corridor that includes the Wright-Reis Homestead, Tompkins Marshall Homestead and the Mt. Zion Church & Cemetery.

1969 – acquired by the Town. The Park is the main source of active recreation and the only park that has lighted facilities for use after dark.

stream, natural and wetland areas


Facilities:

athletic fields, court games, playgrounds, fitness and nature trails, picnic pavilion and facilities, performance stage, comfort stations and parking areas. The Somers Public Library and the Parks & Recreation Department administration building are also located within the park.
