Indian Hill Park
located just east of Indian Hill Road, Bedford, Westchester County, New York

From the center of Bedford Village (intersection of Routes 22 and 172) take Route 172 (Pound Ridge Road) east; turn left onto Indian Hill Road. The road bears/turns left; don't exactly where the entrance is; should be on the right hand side of the road after passing Cliffield Road.
Geology:
The park borders on the Stone Hill River and encompasses much of Pitch Swamp.
Facilities:
walking trails and nature study
To ensure that all of Pitch Swamp is preserved, the park should be expanded to include the entire wetland
5/20/04. Could not find the park. I did stop at a pull-off in front of a chain gate next to the house #93 and walked a bit to see if this was the place, but did not know for sure if this was the area.
