| Ordering Instructions: |
- Canadian Customers may pay by cheque, money order or PayPal® @ $39 Canadian Dollars (CAD) per video
- U.S. Customers may pay by International* Money Order (*note - make sure your money order stipulates International, not USA Only), or PayPal® @ $32 USD or $39 CAD
- All orders will usually be shipped next business day after receipt of payment, and no later than the first Friday after receipt
- Prices stipulated include shipping and handling charges, but any duties or related taxes, if applicable, remain the responsibility of the buyer
