Rear right. The driver's door is latched open, and the vehicle was commonly driven this way in rear areas for increased visibility. Note the rack for conventional jerrycans, as opposed to the British POL racks which graced CMPs. Markings are 3rd Canadian Infantry Division, which landed on D-Day and remained in the line through to the end of the war. |
