Description:

George T. Pearson Residence, 1852-54, altered 1893. Original house by Tobias Herbst, carpenter, alterations by George T. Pearson. Brick, stucco and half-timber construction. An unusual design in a more European form of Queen Anne, the house preserves the privacy of the English country seat.
