"A two and a half story stone dwelling house with two story stone

Germantown Avenue in Germantown, 22nd ward.....$3300 insured
"Dimensions as marked on plan. Hemlock joist, yellow pine floors
on first and second stories, and white pine on 3rd story, has
double hung window frames, plains fronts, pannel shutters on
lower stories and Venetian on second story and inside pine blinds
on third story or garret and on one window in middle. Kitchen
on first story is lathed and plastered inside. Gas and water
introduced and is roughcasted outside. Cellar windows with sash
and screens.....Building is heated with a brick cased heater and
one portable heater.....
"The first story of main building is divided as marked on
plan.....panel molded front doors.....2 full marble
mantles.....an open newel stairs in hall.....mahogony rail and
newel post.....
"The second story of the main building is in two rooms with hall
off side of back room.....and a box stairs in hall running to
third story or garret.....
"The third story or garret of main building is in 2 rooms with
stairs landing off side of back room, has a large twin dormer
window front.....2 plain windows in each gable end.....and a
plain dormer back.....
"The first story of the whole bank building is divided as per
plan, has 2 French windows.....a sink in middle kitchen, 2
ranges, a box stairs in back kitchen to second story.....stairs
to cellar.....story is 8 feet high.
"The second story of the back building is in 2 rooms and a
bathroom off back with box stairs landing at side of
bathroom.....Story in 2 rooms front is 11 ft. 6 in and story in
bathroom is 7 feet 10 inches has moulded cornice and tin
roofs.
"The porch front has 3-6x6 square cornered posts with moulded
tops and bases sawed quarter circles between posts and has
moulded block cornice and tin roof and is ceiled with plaster and
has yellow pine floor.
"The porch at side has square cornered posts....."
