"Agreeably to a survey made this day on a two story stone house situated on the south east side of Methodist Meetinghouse Lane. Owned by Richard Sharpless, dimensions 18 ft 9 in front by 27 deep. Best cedar shingle roof. 2 plain ridge dormer windows with pilasters of 12 lights each, glass 8 by 10 in. Front door panel with circular head and fan light, 5 windows with pan'd shutters 12 high, each glass 10 by 14 in., 2 windows Venetian shutter 12 lights, each glass 10-14 in., 2 windows pan'd shutter 15 lights, 8-10, 2 windows no shutters 15 lights 8 by 10 in., 3 windows no shutters, 12 lights 8 by 10 in. 2 rooms and entry on first floor, story 9 feet high.
"2 rooms and small entry on 2nd floor, story 8 feet high. White pine floors, 2 flights common winding stairs. 6 com. pan'l doors, pair folding doors, 3 closets with pan'l doors, 4 wood mantels, windows & doors plane jamb casing trimmed with plain Grecian mouldings, washboards, plastered throughout.

"A kitchen and piazza attached to rear of house. Frame and weather boarded. 1 story high, 16 feet by 18 feet 9 in., best cedar shingle roof, 1 window with panel. Shutter 12 lights, 8 by 10 in., 2 pan'l doors, 1 closet with pan'l doors, white pine floor, plastered throughout, 1 side planed (?) weather boarding, 2 sides rough weather boards.
