- survey dated 6/2/1920:
twin house, brick and stone construction, wood cornice, slate
mansard roof, one open and one cased stair, coal and gas ranges,
hot-water heat, electric and gas lights, boiler in building.
- survey dated 2/24/49:
built 1869, 3 story plastered stone and brick, plus frame, semi-
detached dwelling; wood cornice, slate and tin mansard roof;
joist floors and lathe and plaster ceilings and partitions; one
open and one cased stair; gas cooking; oil hot water heat;
electric lights.
