  built 1869, 3 story plastered stone and brick, plus frame, semi- detached dwelling; wood cornice, slate and tin mansard roof; joist floors and lathe and plaster ceilings and partitions; one open and one cased stair; gas cooking; oil hot water heat; electric lights.
