  100 year old plastered stone two-story dwelling; wood cornice, flat tin roof; open stairs; coal and gas cooking; hot air oil heat; gas hot water; electric and gas lighting (a number of swinging gas brackets throughout the house). Measurements 17' x 45' with 7' x 21' open porch on the side and 17' x 7' porch across the rear. One car frame garage-8'.
