Survey dated 7/26/20:

Photo shows 3 story stucco dwelling with mansard roof. Two dormers on third floor, three casement windows with Venetian shutters on second floor. First floor alterations include a 16 ft. wide by 8 ft. deep store front on the left.

11/19/26 addendum indicates that the 8 ft. by 8 ft. front porch on the right of the facade "has been enclosed and is now a printing office. 1/2 h.p. electric motor-1 hand-2 presses...Printer uses an oil stove to heat this room."

Survey dated 4/9/35 for Hannah Wyde:
brick dwelling with wood cornice and slate and slag mansard roof; one open and one cased stairs; oil hot water heat; electric lighting; jeweler and clock repairer plus small scale printer on first floor; dwelling with gas range on first and second floor; an apartment with gas range on third floor.
