The following architectural details were indicated on the
Contributionship forms in the survey for the church dated
12/12/1913:
17 year old stone building; hipped/flat slate/tin roof; 2 open
stairs; electric and gas lights; gas range in kitchen; steam,
gas heat "Boiler room 75 h.p. engine Dynamo. Small Engine drives
heating fans & motor drives ventilating fan."
Exposures: "Small Bldg used for choir rehearsals, behind which is a one story frame garage adjoining a blank wall."
Survey dated 9/16/31 for additions north east side of Germantown Ave., about 120 ft. north west from High St.:
The following architectural details were indicated on the Contributionship forms for 1931 addition:
New brick and stone building, fire resistant in part; stone parapet walls and cornice; hipped and flat roof, slate and slag; all steel joists, plaster on wire ceilings, hollow tile and brick partitions, reinforced concrete floors on steel joists, protected steel columns; two open stairs; oil hot water heat; electric lighting; kalamein and metal-lined wood fire doors.
