• Annotation by Louise L. Strawbridge and John E. Jones, Jr.:
  "William Henry Warrick, 1867-1940, M.D., U. Pas. 1891, one of the earliest Negro graduates of the University Medical School, and a track star in his undergraduate days, was followed into the practice of medicine by his son and grandson of the same name; the grandson went into practice in Florida. Warrick's sister, Meta Warrick Fuller, of Framingham, Mass., a student of Rodin, achieved a reputation as a sculptress. Warrick had an extensive practice among both whites and blacks. His home and office was at 331 [41?] W. Harvey St."
