  "Site of house in which Jacob Reaver, a magistrate, lived in 1809. About 1830, Samuel Y. Harmar, a shoemaker lived here. It was once the residence of Rittenhouse Fraley, and old tax collector...John Holcomb, the old bill-poster, once kept a second hand store here, and it is said that Joseph Gorgas once occupied it as a grocery."
