ALTERNATOR OVERLOAD RELAY

A surge relay (GOLR) is provided to detect power faults which could cause alternator overloading and go to ground. The fault detection also prevents excessive equipment damage caused by an inoperative ground relay. When such a fault occurs, the OVERLOAD light on the EC panel will light and the sequence of events will be the same as apply to the GROUND RELAY.
