Welcome to The Unofficial NJ TRANSIT Website, serving the World Wide Web since 1994. This is where you will find technical information on one of the largest commuter railroads in the United States, New Jersey Transit Rail Operations. This is the place for photographs, rosters, historical information, a forum, links, stories, and other "railfan" information. If you are looking for schedule or fare information on NJ TRANSIT, please visit the official NJ TRANSIT website at www.njtransit.com.

Site News

As of September 2006, the Unofficial NJ Transit Website is now being hosted by Ontrack Webhosting, a new webhost provider catering primarily to railfans and railroad societies. I look forward to working with them in the future.

In the meantime, the change in servers has given me the opportunity to do some housecleaning on the website. I have started to update the All-Time Locomotive Roster, and hope to continue working through the entire website. Stay tuned for more information.
