Amateur Radio Operators are passionately persons fond of the radio's world, they can make contacts and communications with other Amateur Operators (or OM), they must have, however, a particular permission from the Government; they usually speech about technic things concerning radioelectrical experiments in order to study, research, education: it is a no profict hobby.
Amateur Operator is a person holding a written authorization to be the control operator of an amateur station. This simply a person who holds a valid amateur license authorizing him or her to be the control operator of an Amateur Radio Station. Amateur Radio Station is a station in an Amateur Radio Service consisting og the apparatus necessary to carry on radiocommunications.
