Firearms Maintenance & Overhaul |
|

|
This course introduces students to some of the skills and knowledge required to carry out maintenance/overhaul on firearms, including the safety aspects of these processes. These units are designed for people planning to work on firearms as professional military armourers or as civilian gunsmiths, gun club armourers, arms conservators, pest control & recreational hunters and target shooters. The level of skill required to complete these units is very challenging so we do not anticipate students achieving full credit. However, this programme will assist students who wish to work towards completion of these units at a later date.
