Gas Attacks of a Different Kind

In war-time many soldiers retained a sense of humor, even though it might be always be appropriate in polite company.

Here are a few examples in which amateur illustrators and photographers poke fun at some of the more baser aspects of soldiering.

Some projectiles contain a remarkable quantity.'
