While the Official Bulletin of the Belgian Touring Club was not a newsmagazine in the strict sense of the word, during the war years almost all of its pages were however devoted to war news having in some manner or other to do with Belgium and if possible with motoring as well. For instance the exploits of the Belgian Expeditionary Corps to Russsia, the famed Armored Car Regiment, was extensively described and illustrated in one of the issues.
