'La Guerre Documentée' was a massive 5 volume history of the Great War published by the Librarie Schwarz in Paris. Not only was it a detailed photographic history of the war and its many varied aspects, it also contained numerous artistic reproductions of paintings, prints, etches, drawings and sketches by many renowned French artists. Lucien Jonas, Charles Fouqueray and many more. Several pages from 'la Guerre Documentée' show photos and illustrations of the fighting and aftermath of the siege of Antwerp in 1914.
