ORDER OF BATTLE OF THE
after the Armistice, returns
of 10 August 1813
Composed by Geert van
Uythoven, main source given below
Note: Although a detailed order of battle of the same date
is given in George Nafziger’s “Napoleon at Dresden – The Battles of August
1813” (Chicago 1994) pp. 315-317, this one is however differing in many
aspects, notably in the number of battalions and squadrons, as well as in
strength’s of Prussian units; the organisation of the Left Wing is completely
different!
