This is a one-piece patch that differs year by year only by the date, seen in the upper right hand corner. The width of the patch is about the same as the width of a Lodge Flap. The patch is used strictly for internal awards at the annual lodge banquet. Normally, eight patches are awarded each year.

Each of the patches are identical in appearance, except for the date. The table lists the general specifications that apply to each patch.
