Jamboree 2013 Patch Set Central New Jersey Council Sakuwit Lodge #2
David Oertle writes: The blue and gold bordered version is the contingent flap. Many of our arrowmen wore that flap to the Jamboree. The colors are the State of West Virginia colors where the new permanent Jamboree home is now. The red border version was the trader flap.
Wikipedia writes: The Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve located in Mount Hope, West Virginia, near Beckley, is one of four facilities managed by the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The Summit is the home of the national Scout jamboree, The Summit High Adventure Base, and the National Center for Scouting Excellence. It is 10,600 acres in size. The facility hosted the 2013 National Scout Jamboree.
note: There is a lot more information on the Wikipedia site. Definitely worth a visit.
