Gerard G. Case, Lodge Advisor (2009) writes about the S41, S42:
"We wanted to do a special flap for our 10th anniversary, but no ideas were submitted, so I had a mono chromatic patch produced."

The five clouds on the standard flap represent the five chapters of the lodge. Several years ago the Lodge decided to align its resources to match the Council district structure. In 2009, Council merged Hunterdon Arrowhead District and Jenny Jump District into Pahaquarra District, reducing from six chapters to five chapters,
