The 2002 Section NE-2B Conclave was hosted by Sakuwit Lodge #2 and held at Kittatiny Mountain Scout Reservation. The Theme was "Seek to Serve and Thus Be Faithful." There were two pocket patches, a delegate issue with a gold Mylar border and a trading post version with a red border. There were two jacket patches, a red bordered jacket patch available to all and a Gold Mylar bordered Jacket Patch issued to the COC and limited to 25-50 patches.

Conclave patches are not issued by the Lodge, although conclaves are intended for Lodge members. The patches are issued by the sponsoring section and it is reasonable that any profits from patch sales go toward paying the expenses of the conclave.
