This is such a poor photo, but you can see some scouts out on the raft. This is tethered by a rope, so it doesn't move around much. Great for diving. Also, note the ropes and floats used to define the safe swimming area. Boating, sailboats and canoes, could use the rest of the lake, but could not come into the swimming area.
