Camp Patch Set
George Washington Scout Reservation

Is anyone familiar with this set of patches. Their dates, their purpose? They are all standard three-inch width. Note "CNCL" on top-right patch. It has been suggested that the two bottom rows were a prototype set and were not actually used. However the two left patches of row 2 have appeared on the Web. Patch looks like a mis-print. The patches in rows 2 and 3 were captured using a camera. The silver border patch in the bottom row shows considerable distortion caused by reflections from the protective glass.
