PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Leaders of the 21 participating agencies has been organized into an Advisory Council that has set goals and is creating consensus for the project during the grant period and later will continue to give leadership in the implementation of the Strategic Plan. The Advisory Council has elected a Steering Committee to give oversight to the project and authorize additional working committees, which are comprised of persons with particular skills and expertise needed for the project. Three additional committees will be organized at the start of the project: The Advisory Council may appoint and change committee as needed.
